Labor Costs Spreadsheets

I have had some heartburn over survey costs and I keep re-evaluating what our cost is and what we are or should be charging. I took a couple of quick business?ÿclasses through the local chamber and came up with the following spreadsheet to at least estimate what my cost is and what I should be charging per hour of employee time.

This is just something I came up with. What do you all use to estimate overhead, employee billable amounts etc.? I have sanitized this sheet so nothing should show any personal information.
