so here's what is happening- after days of going round and round with various tech support people and the IT guys at one title company:

those new gmail "warning encrypted attachment" messages trip the phishing trigger with various firewalls.?ÿ so i'd sent enough "encrypted" (edit-proof password protected) PDFs to the title company in the span of a day (this one deal involved 11 different site ALTAs) that the server flagged our entire domain as hostile and just quarantined everything we sent.?ÿ not in spam folders, no bounce back messages- just put them in a dungeon.?ÿ?ÿ

title company IT guy put us on their whitelist yesterday about 3 o'clock.?ÿ by 3:30 i had four different escrow agents calling me saying they'd gotten about 50 emails from me, dating back 3 weeks, all at once.?ÿ lmao.

at least now all these clients understand we weren't just invoicing them for nothing...

anyways- now going through and trying to figure out who all else hasn't been receiving emails.?ÿ title companies have all been made aware, but i suspect this will linger for a bit.

just a heads up- might keep this in mind if you put passwords on your attachments.?ÿ i've since modified our procedures and now just send flattened, "plotted" PDFs devoid of any live elements.
