I have a Client that is interested in creating a financial subdivision.
My understanding of this financial subdivision is that it's not a leasing transactions.
Because of their rigidity and tax and insurance requirements, financial subdivisions are a better option for large companies.
Does anyone have a more detail description of the differences of a financial subdivision versus a financial lease.
