Hey Surveyors,
Our firm uses a vendor (who shall remain unnnamed) for electronic recording submittals and we've had a growing number of issues with this company's platform.?ÿ In our state, sizes for recording are?ÿ ARCH C and ARCH D and in some cases?ÿ 21"x30"(Condominium plats).?ÿ Each of these sizes can be submitted in either landscape or portrait orientation for recording, and the electronic system has problems with this so that we have to manually rotate landscape plats to portrait to get them to go through in some counties, and even this doesn't always work right.?ÿ About half our submittals get hung up in the submittal queue and we have to continually put in support tickets to get the process to flow.?ÿ ?ÿDue to these issues, we are thinking of switching?ÿ to CSC, our vendor's competitor, but before we do I wanted to see if any other surveyors are having similar issues with CSC.
I know this is pretty obscure, but any feedback from surveyors who use CSC for e-recordings would be great.
