Anyone had any issues with GPAC supplies and service? Just lost out on some cables that never arrived. Did not know they use USPS as the courier. USPS indicates delivery and we approached them without success. Tried to get GPAC to respond which they did in a combative way. I guess the lesson to be learned is that if the package goes missing you as purchaser will have to eat it!

We purchased a download cable for an old GPS unit from them a few years back and everything went well. It is also a well made cable. Report it to your credit card company. My credit card company always sides with me on any disagreement with a vendor becasue I am the guy paying the bill. Good luck.
