To start can someone tell me that if my back prop line in Platts measure 88 and the surveyor marks it at 70 what to do. Several surveyors have marked this but doesn't align with any platt. Also. It seems there's an old servitude a lil north of me. If I walk to its edge from other corner in the back, I get approx 88 ft, how is this not something g for me not to raise a brow about? Another. If the easement is north then what happens to the servitude and right of way that would be out of it on my personal? I know the last aren't necessarily line question, I'm jus kind of in Knotts so I figured I'd toss the last two to see if anyone wanting to swing at em

If several surveyors have agreed on the location, they probably have good reason.?ÿ You may need to ask one of them.

70 or 88 measured from what?

"lil north of me" ... is that adjoining your lot or just in a similar situation?

I'm confused by the difference between the easement, servitude, and right of way. Can you clarify?

Note that the poster's profile says West Monroe LA.?ÿ That may help with the terminology?
