I second the Sheet Set Manager suggestion. Not only will it fill in fields for you, but it sets up all of your plotting too.
I am not sure that you can do that. You could draw a circle and copy the coordinates of the center point in Properties.
Instead of pulling it, you could drive it deeper so that it is almost impossible to detect with the locator.
Can you drive that to Wisconsin for me? We need the rain. The other steps weren't working for us.
