I have a 4700 that won't log data; I wonder if resetting the file system will fix it. I'll see if the Configuration Toolbox thing will work.
Go to your nearest home improvement store and buy a pair. I think I paid $10 or $15 for mine.

I understand that the 4700 is affected, but I haven't tested mine yet.
I have some laser glasses, and they do help. But they're a nuisance to put on and take off, so I don't use them much.
