little update... got back my kit again and "surprisingly" much less error I am getting... on 100 meters I have 1mm (!!!!!) error on the face 2 measure...

@minbarwinkle I sent back the kit forthem to do it properly and got a replacement TS16 back and did the same face 1/face 2 measurements (same checks) ...
