Im not following exactly what you are trying to do, but in a curve I usually put the radius point in the file so I can turn off skews to a curve.?ÿ

For the intersectiong alignments, youll probably have to create points at one end of each line, then do a bearing-bearing intersection in COGO.

Go to KEY IN,?ÿ when it asks for point name, hit OPTIONS at the bottom and change it to STATION and OFFSET.
