I am in search of an affordable copy (sub $50) of New York Jurisprudence 2D Vol. 1 which covers Adjoining Landowners. I don't seek the most current edition or pocket part, but I would like it for a quick reference I can pull off the shelf. Please send a message if you have a copy you'd part with.
