I got a call from a headhunter this mroning looking to fill a position in Virginia ... here is the email he sent me:

I have a client that is looking for a permanent Survey Manager ÛÒ Richmond / Williamsburg / Chesapeake, Virginia
I am seeking a full-time Survey Manager to prepare proposals, communicate with clients, provide price proposals, provide site surveying services, manage survey field crews, coordinate contract management, and ensure project profitability.
Required: VA Professional Land Surveyor (LS); 7 years of experience in land development & public works projects
Candidates should have extensive experience supporting teams for subdivisions, site plans, rezonings, ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and supervising others supporting this work. Existing relationships and experience working with local municipalities and approval agencies is a plus. Preferred placement of position is Richmond, but qualified candidates will be considered for Williamsburg and Chesapeake, Virginia.
