Thanks so much for this post, Dave. Before Mooshe and I moved to Washington--the good Washington, as Gavin Schrock said the other day--I visited the Fairfax Stone a few times, and had hopes of getting with you one day to go to the starting point of the west line. I'm sorry that never worked out, but I have been grateful for your expertise in that area for many years.
