Dear Fellas:
Does anyone know if wind energy leases, the leases struct with the landowner for permission for placement of a windmill and all supporting infrastrure on the landowner's ground; must the lease be filed with the county recorder like any other land interest conveyance?

I don't know anything about Indiana law, but around here the answer woud be a definate YES.
