A "neighbour from *ell".
Fellow peace maker surveyor,
Derek
Sadly I've seen people fight and sue over inches rather than feet.
Most of the disputes I've been involved in, the land being fought over was pointless/useless. The individuals had just decided that they were going to fight about something and the land boundary was low-hanging fruit.
Most of my subdivision work has been relegated to surveying/staking/platting new ones, I'm sure there are a lot of valid boundary concerns in some of the "80's boom" subdivisions.
