Why do they always have to plow the snow over the lot corners?

Because there's not enough room for all of it at the end of my driveway.

Probably the same people that pile limbs and leaves and all other types of yard waste on the back corners....out of sight, out of mind...

Its not the snow that bothers me, it is the frost. I would gladly take 24" of snow, over 4" of frozen ground any day.

Consider those of us in PLSSia. Most section corners are in the center of roads. How safe do you suppose it is during icy, snowy or low visibility days to spend a half hour or more digging for one monument? We'll take the pile of snow.

Holy, we set the corners at the right of way lines. We only set up in the road so we can get runned over (like the other bugs). They plow were we gota look.
