It was 6F this morning on the way to the gym. I only needed a light hoodie and shorts.?ÿ

After working out I began to tackle some of the outlying snow I skipped shoveling since there was so much of the "have to get done" areas when it was so cold.?ÿ

Still wearing shorts and sweater, no gloves, I finally gave up as I was digging out the back deck, ran out of time.?ÿ

But, what nice change. Anything above 0 feels like spring.?ÿ

Low 20s in central Texas this morning. Forecast says we'll be about 40F this afternoon. Next week we're forecast to be in the mid 60s. Gotta love Texas weather.

Yesterday it was sunny and warmed into the twenties.?ÿ I was out with the dogs in a t-shirt. We're still dropping into single digits at night but maybe 30F today.?ÿ A real heat wave.

We got three separate snows of the last week and I was able to keep the walks and one lane of the driveway cleared by shoveling after each snow.?ÿ I think I'm the only one on the block that owns a snow shovel.?ÿ Okies don't take too well to snow.

?ÿ

@paden-cash

It helps to have naturally seepy soils/rocks.?ÿ They all can find water if they search a little bit.?ÿ That's why they are where they are for wintertime.
