Anyone out there using Trimblevision on an S6?

How do you like it? Pro/con?

Parallax issues? Magnitude of parallax issues?

Can you upgrade a regular S6 to trimblevision? Cost of upgrade?

I recently got a S6 with vision. I can't really speak to the parallax question, as I am still testing it out. It is nice to be able to pull the video feed and tap on the screen to turn to your location. I recently used it on a ALTA for an apartment complex and being able to view the photos from each setup was very nice.

I asked my dealer about the upgrade question. You have to buy the instrument with vision installed. There is no upgrade path.

The only con I have so far is that the resolution of the camera limits it usability at long distances. It would be nice if it had a telescope camera as well.

Over all I am very pleased. Locks fast and tracks well. The GPS search feature is very nice if you are working in an area with lots of obstructions.
