Has anyone had trouble with the rear camera simply not working.?ÿ It works fine with video, but when I try to take still picture, I get a windows message that says "Something went wrong.?ÿ Try restarting your device."?ÿ I did this with a full shut down and restart.?ÿ Same thing happened again.?ÿ Error code 0XA00F4292.
Front camera works fine.?ÿ Rear works fine in video.
Trimble website forum has one person with the problem, but no response.
Pic attached.

Maybe check if all your Windows 10 Updates have been done recently?
Maybe Check if the camera is used by another application. It looks as if Trimble Access is waiting on the camera app to start.

Googling the error code:

No first hand experience with that error--just what a quick Google search located.
Thanks for the info.?ÿ Meantime, my sales rep from Seiler Instruments rep worked on this over the weekend on his own time and came up with a solution.?ÿ Their extra effort on support rivals that of Carlson Software.
The TSC7 appears to be a weapon.?ÿ Might be an overkill for simple boundary work, but for mapping and many types of surveying it has awesome power as a full PC Windows 10 computer and is FAST.
Hi Frank,
If you haven't gotten the camera working yet, you can use the attached support note from Trimble to fix the camera issue. You will need to backup your camera roll, uninstall the Realtek PC camera driver and reinstall it. The attached pdf has a link to the driver.
Thanks much.?ÿ I appreciate your input.?ÿ
This is not what I wanted to hear.?ÿ That alone will take me all day to try to fix.?ÿ?ÿ
My dealer support to me to run Trimble Access Installer and it would update. I did so very quickly. I did simple Windows update, which took a few minutes. Every was fixed very quickly. Thanks to good tech support. Not the all-day affair that I figured it would be.
