We have replaced 2 or 3 screens on the TSC2' s, but the keyboard replacement has got me stumped. Has anyone done this? It's the gasket around the keyboard with the little pegs that has to come out, but there must be a trick to it.
I've swapped radios over on one and it worked. I found out I was lucky. At some point in the firmware upgrades they made it so you can't do it, I believe the radio became serial number specific. Its been a couple years so you might want to call a dealer you trust and ask about it.
You can just cut the keyboard to fit it.
I meet the same problem. It will be working very well.
They explain that the design is made bigger for the technician to install them on their situation.
I plan to try this.
