I need to supply my survey notes to an Attorney. How can I print the "Review Current Job" results?
There is a report section (tab I believe) and a customize reports. TGO is not user friendly but that should get you what you need.
Tell me about it. The DC File Editor is the best report I've found so far, but it looks a little bit too technical for an Attorney to comprehend, but maybe that's good. I was looking for a report like the "review Current Job" on the Data Collector, but can't find a similar report available in TGO.

I suppose that if you were to do a point derivation report, it would act as close to that as possible, save the initializations and survey end and beginning. It should give you the point number, coordinate, description and residuals of the point.
That being said, I've NEVER been asked for this by an attorney and haven't used TGO since the great billionth second of 2011 so I'm sure I'm a bit rusty.
That's exactly my same situation. This Attorney hasn't got a clue. I think he's just trying to run up the bill on his clients. I want a fairly simple report he can understand. the "Review Current Job" on the Data Collector is exactly what I want, but I can't figure out how to get a print of it.
I had a similar request from a client, I had made a typo error on a longitude and had it many miles west of the real point. So someone had made a tech guy call me and he requested my field notes. I sent him the dc file, all 300 pages of it.
After all it is your field notes and everything is there.;-)
There are some pretty useful custom report formats on Trimble.com, go to Support A - Z, Trimble Access, Downloads and look at the custom reports page.
Attorney is probably grasping at straws.
I've only given out my survey report and a coords list, that was 20yrs ago. I would have sent a raw data file had there been one, everything was hand entered.
A drawing and surveyor's report is enough for an attorney. Most will not understand any more information.
It would take their Professional Surveyor's testimony to be able to bring any relevant question about your work process.
[sarcasm]I always love to see that duh moment in the attorney's face when they realize they are the puppet and turn around and fumble thru notes looking for their surveyor's help.[/sarcasm]
If the BOR asks, I would send everything in the file, no hesitation.
good luck
