TPS1205 won't fire with a prism

HOLA, HE TENIDO UN INCOVENIENTE CON UNA TPS1205 NO LE CON PRISMA PERO SIN PRISMA (LASER) TRABAJA NORMAL NO SE A QUE SE DEBA EL ERROR POR QUE CUANDO INTENTO DISPARAR CON PRISMA ME SALE EL ERROR: 282 (SEÑAL DE RETORNO DEMASIADO ALTO. HE INTENTADO DE VARIAS POSICIONES Y VARIOS PRISMAS Y SIEMPRE ES EL MISMO RESULTADO, LO HE LLEVADO AL SERVICIO TECNICO PERO X LA ANTIGUEDAD DEL EQUIPO YA NO RECIBEN, POR FAVOR SU AYUDA. Hello, I'm having a problem with a TPS1205. It won't fire with a prism, but without a prism (laser) it works normally. I don't know what the error is because when I try to fire with a prism, I get the error: 282 (Return Signal Too High). I've tried several positions and several prisms, and it's always the same result. I took it to the service center, but because of the age of the equipment, they no longer accept repairs.
