We were just beginning to use VRS when we upgraded to TopSurv 8. We have an FC-2500 tethered to a BlackBerry. After upgrading to TS8 we can no longer connect with the BlackBerry. Get an error that port is not available. Any suggestions what may be going on? What about TS8.2 and VRS, is it any more compatable?

We just upgraded our modems in our GR3 with vzw cell and were told buy the dealer that doggin needs to come with an upgrade so the modems with work with vzw
