Be careful putting too much info on a survey. Always keep careful notes but it's possible to step over the line with information that's best left to the legal profession and best left off a plat.

Just saying.

Sorry ladies, that was your name on the day it was surveyed and it is gonna stay that way until a new survey is made.

Well, if you suspect your survey may be heading to court; probably best not to put any statement from the neighbor/neighbors on the plat.
