GPS 2F-3 is scheduled to be launched October 4 aboard a Delta 4 rocket with 2 solid rocket boosters. They are on a 1 a year schedule since 2010. It is slated for slot A-1.
GPS 2F-4 is schedule for March 2013 aboard an Atlas 5 with no solid rocket boosters.
A double satellite Galileo launch is slated for October.
The Chinese have a Beidou navigation satellite due up in October.
