A realtor stopped by. I've done a few projects with him. They all have gone really smooth, he seems to know what he's talking about. He wanted quite a bit of information, I told him I would look at what we have, and meet with him in a couple of days.?ÿ

So meeting with the realtor I told him I need to get approval with my client to proceed with the work, the realtor says, no bill me...ƒ??.

That was a shock. Never had that happen.?ÿ

Sounds like your realtor is getting into land development.

i have, and will never do it again if i can avoid it.?ÿ?ÿ

in a general sense (your acquaintance may or may not be guilty) it's been my experience that a realtor who actually spends money on anything is the biggest p.i.t.a. one will deal with.?ÿ entitled, whiny, demanding, and usually assume that paying you for the first survey means that they and any client or grantee they may come in contact with is entitled to perpetual free service (including updates and/or subdivisions/plats/etc) from you so long as you walk upright on this earth.

good luck!
