Can anyone help me find a copy of this old TDS reference manual?
I found a link on a Javad site but it doesn't work anymore.

Are you looking for the TDS manual, or the Husky manual? The TDS manuals seem to be readily available. The Husky manual may be a little harder to find.

It seems that TDS put out a manual that dealt with TDS survey pro on a husky data collector? But the ones I seem to find are for example "windows CE", or "on a Ranger" etc. Thought maybe somebody might have the above PDF in their archives.
