I have that link and from it:

"For those Clients who require an additional or alternate Certification, it is permissible to negotiate with the Surveyor to provide another additional Certification on a separate sheet of paper and cross-reference it to the Survey."

I am aware that the 2011 certification must appear on the plan un-altered. I merely wanted to see if there was a certification form from First American that referenced the new standard for me to even consider.

I once took

the attorneys certificate put it on the map and substituted my name for his...
HE FLIPPED!!

Called me ups saying his name should not show up at all in the certificate, period.

I said 'well if your name shouldn't be there, why should mine??!!!'

We used the standard ALTA cert after that.
