It's not really a COGO app, but there is a data collector app for Android devices that 'works'. There may be some COGO utilities in it, but I've never used them. The app is published by an outfit called Systranova Software.
The app is known to work with SOKKIA SET series instruments and others. Just don't try entering alphanumeric point ID's, e.g., MON001, or it will blow up.
Just FYI only.
Hello Christ,
Currently not programming my Android phone, only the Droid48 app. Been studying Java programming to program the phone. What have you accomplished so far with your programming?
Regards,
Mark
Hi Mark,
I'm an old school turbo pascal user, switched to Delphi and the open source Lazarus program.
Most are survey routines that makes life easier: I worked on the [msg=16]RinexDates[/msg] program. some other stuff for our F2F coding in TGO and cutomized export to our local GeOpus survey software.
I have been looking at writing additional software for collecting data for our hydronaut, sewage and as-built surveys on our TSC2 ... but that's only an idea.
Maybe the android devices come in to play here ... I had a look at NSBasic studio for this.
Christof.
