While looking for something else, I came across a QCD with this description.  The document appears to have been prepared by a l*wyer.  How 'ya going to locate this?  And North 3/4 ??

It appears to be half of the width of an abandoned railroad, but I couldn't readily identify the strip on the GIS. Maybe there is 3/8 mile of common ownership in the quarter section if I tracked it down?

It looks like it does make sense because the NE1/4 NE1/4 and the N1/2 S1/2 NE 1/4 west of the old RR are in common ownership, so it works if you find that is the only obvious strip to which it could apply, and assume that "a strip in ..." means the full length even though it doesn't give a length or say "all".?ÿ

I had never seen a 3/4 description before around here.
