Not real local to you... but I've had pretty good luck with the folks at a place over in Corvallis, Oregon.

http://www.therainshed.com/

If you don't see it on their web site... call them.
They may be ear deep in orders and sound distracted... but they're
good people to work with!

Let us know if this works for ya'?

This link to product drawings might help you identify the item(s) needed but you'll need the SECO item number to find your backpack. Might be a tag or label on it or you can go to the product link at the top of the page

http://www.surveying.com/Home/homecarousel/Technical-Drawings-%281%29.aspx

There's also a dealer locator link at the top of the page. I don't know if SECO sells parts directly to end users.

I don't think SECO sells to end users, rather only through distributors.
