I'd rather be a surveyor driving a ten year old rig than a realtor driving a spanking new 2014 Audi, seven ways to Sunday. And I probably have a few more sheckls left in the bank at the end of the month.
Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.

I hope everyone here understands the difference between a "Realtor" and a real estate agent.
I do. I am a licensed real estate salesperson.........that's what it says on my license. I am associated with a broker as I cannot offer services without being associated with one specific broker. Most assume that you must be a broker in order to become a Realtor@ but actually all salespeople can join the National Association of Realtors@ for a fee. I receive emails routinely from NAR.
$2200....WOW.... and I thought I was in lowball land.
