Had a call many years ago asking to split a three story building.?ÿ Things were fine until I asked about who was going to own the zigzag flight of steps.?ÿ The bottom flight was against the west wall but the next flight was to the east of the first flight.?ÿ First floor had no interest in losing that additional width .
