Does RPLS have rights to the archives as well as POB?
My thoughts are to the knowledge shared in the surveying threads.
The P&R can go away, many issues and opinions have completely flip flopped over the years and much was said in anger. Tempers fade but knowledge is good to keep.

I don't think anyone that posts here would have access to the terms of the deals that have been made, but my impression would be "no".
As I recall, RPLS.com was owned by Mark Deal, who hosted and managed his own message board. Mark sold to POB, who then abandoned his platform and used the 3rd party "i-boards" to host the RPLS.com site. The latest incarnation is POB dumping "i-boards" and moving RPLS.com back to a platform they will host and manage.
But I don't think RPLS.com is a separate entity.

I don't believe there is any separate business entity known as "RPLS" or, for that matter, "POB"; they're just two of about 75 brands owned by BNP Media.
