Hi
I found your name through the MSS website and wanted your quick advice on something.
We just bought a rowhome in Catonsville and was curious as to whether a survey would be necessary for a middle of a group home? An alley is behind us and neither of our two neighbors appear to be infringing on our property.

Good morning,
Considering the minimal details given, I cannot offer advice, quick or otherwise.
What is the purpose of the survey? Do you propose improvements, etc.?
Hello,
No improvements just curious as to where our property line lies. In the case of a center group rowhome I would suspect it's pretty cut and dry?

Reminds me of the analogy of the person calling the doctor from the parking lot to ask if the doctor would just look out the window and offer an over the phone diagnosis...

You do know there are internet Drs now, who see you via computer webcam, and diagnose based off what you tell them, no physical exam, no blood pressure, no temperature. If you ask me, it's not global warming, it's the destination of our handcart.
