rnx is the standard extension for an uncompressed (ASCII) RINEX version 3 file.?ÿ You should be able to open it in a text editor.?ÿ If your processing software can't read v3 RINEX files there are reportedly converters available, but I haven't used any (yet!).?ÿ GFZRNX?ÿlooks promising, though.
