@bstrand I just looked to see what the difference in the dollar was in 1983.?ÿ It takes $283 now to buy what $100 would buy then.?ÿ By that comparison, $3.15 would now be worth roughly <$9.45.?ÿ A $15 starting pay comes close to a 3X multiplies and even close to covering the devaluation of the dollar since then.?ÿ
