I should have remembered better, but that was 9 years ago, and I'm getting old.?ÿ The 2.3 seconds of latitude was a comparison to GPS measurements corrected for deflection to get astronomic latitude.?ÿ The difference of the line from GPS latitude was from 260 ft north to 700 ft south, before correction.?ÿ See data in this report.
