I have been using a Topcon RL-H4C rotating laser level?ÿfor about 2 years now running levels for elevation certs. I found if you use the same standard of care for it as a regular level, balancing your FS & BS, turning on something stable (you know the drill), I've been able to close .02'+/- on a 1/2 mile level run.
