Number 4000 has never been issued.?ÿ I guess I broke the system!
Oregon issued licenses sequentially beginning from Number 1 until 1998, when they awarded me #2887.?ÿ Then they went to a system of numbering based on the order of initial application rather than the order of passing. There is no #2888 or above until the 30000's. Talk about who broke the system!
