Does anybody have full chapters of B,C, and D from the BLM Casebook.

I was able to get partial chapters from here:

This has some pretty good discussion on the center of the section.
Yes, even the BLM held their nose and accepted the mathematically
incorrect existing center of the section during a retracement.

There are a few blatant examples like the 1973 & 2009 manual of
using astronomic North instead of North based on existing monuments
in the section.

The 1975 version of these case studies were updated.
