it was garbage collection day, so when I drove down the road I assumed someone spilled ketchup and mustard from a restaurant garbage.
Mark out lasted a couple hours.

In our area (SW Washington State) we aren't used to the "snow days" that can be noted on an ALTA until this year. The survey was being held up because of the utility locates, so I called the attorney to explain the situation. They are in the Midwest so called someone they know here to verify what I told them, then called me back about it (thanks for believing me). I sent them a photo similar to this and they agreed with me we were have large amounts of snow (not sh**!, most companies were shut down). When the markup arrived it looked similar to this one with all the other colors involved and it was nice to see something besides white on the ground.
