For those folks who may have been thinking about using the Platteville, Colorado CORS site in an OPUS solution, I beg to inform you that the Trimble 4000ssi previously logging data at the site has been moved to the vicinity of Austin, Texas. This movement will be too large to appear in either of the time series, which is why I thought to mention it.

I bought the receiver on eBay and suspected it had been used at a CORS site since it has the "Remote Download" feature enabled and has 10MB of memory. A quick google of the serial number identified it as the 4000ssi formerly at PLTC.

The model is designated as "4000ssi CMS". If anyone knows what the "CMS" represents, I'd be obliged to know. With 10MB memory, it is definitely not a CRS.
