The first image is a portion of the precast yard. We construct the shells here then tranport them to the marine skidway.
The second image is the cat barge placing a shell in the ohio river. Once the shell is placed it is filled with concrete.
The third image shows the super gantry crane transporting a 4,900 ton shell over another stilling shell under production still.
The forth image is of the cat barge after placing a shell in the ohio. The crews are locking off the flat jacks and filling the lines with epoxy. The flat jacks allow us to fine tune its position.
The fifth image is a look inside our hydrographic boat.
