what's up with this?
" 1021 The year and day-of-year could not be determined from the submitted data set.
1021 The data set may be corrupt. OPUS can not continue the processing.
1021 Aborting...
1021"

Formatting appears to be correct when compared to other RINEX files I've processed successfully. Do I just have to wait a day?

Post the complete header and the first epoch for a second opinion.

It processed this morning. I had collected it at night and the date was 10/29, so I think that was causing a problem trying to process it on 10/28. It processed this morning no problem. I actually had really high quality indicators. Now I know for next time that I have to wait.
