Tuesday I sent a file to OPUS-RS. It came back saying it didn't have enough data to process it yet. OK no problem. Send it in yesterday morning before work. It says it received the file and put it in the processing que. Never receive the e-mail.
OK, this morning send it again. No e-mail after 20 minutes. Fine, send it in again with my personal e-mail. No e-mail.
I'm stumped, I usually get the e-mail within five minutes.
It isn't a big deal, just a demonstration thing.
Could be that your email server is flagging it as spam? I used to miss some pretty important emails back before I started religiously checking my spam folder.

sometimes it is just slow. we get them back it 5 minutes one day and then it will take 2 hours the next day.
