Does anyone have a copy of an article from the May 1996 issue entitled "William T. Rhodes and his Reducing Arc" by Doug Morin? I'd be grateful for any other info regarding the Rhodes Arc.

Thanks in advance!

Jim:
I could look in my saved magazines and could get you a copy. I may have to dig my way into them, which would be just a matter of moving some boxes.

Looking for info on the Rhodes Arc - my Dad used one when I was a kid and I am trying to describe it to a colleague...

Jim:

T went out to check on the POB Issue, spent about an houror so moving boxes (only about half of what it would take to even get close to the area where the 1996 issue would be stored) and found out that the box with this decade is still buried somewhere in the mess. I have so many boxes with various surveyor magazines stacked on top of another, that I can't get to a good position to lift them. Too heavy to reach out at arms length to lift them. I didn't realize just how much stuff is piled into that one shed. Has to be a "round toit" project to do some clean out of not needed items (junk :>{).

Jim:

I got into that shed today to dig out the drafting table for my daughter-in-law that is here from Texas. Anyhow, I've got the magazine located and have it in the house to scan it. I need your e-mail address so I can forward it to you. The e-mail address I have is the one when I sent you the pictures of the overflow at Pathfinder Reservoir a couple of years ago and don't know if is current or not.

Leonard
