I get a new deed that says: the NW1/4SE1/4 redesignated as Lots 5 and 6 and the SW1/4SE1/4 redesignated as Lots 7 and 8.
No, no, no.
The BLM did a new plat with new lots but the new lots ONLY pertain to Federal Interest. I wish the BLM would stop doing that!
It confuses almost everyone.
