How in the world did you find that?
I recall chatting a little with Wayne Neece at two different educational programs held in Joplin and put on by the Southwest Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors.

One just has to subscribe to Google News newsfeed using keywords like "land surveyor" or "land surveying".
They will feed you every news story daily from around the globe.
