Just curious if anyone has signed up for the brand new VRS-NOW NETWORK in Oregon and how it is working for them?
In February at the PLSO Conference Geoline and Trimble co-announced the creation of the VRS NOW network and handed out cards to log on for free until the system is ready for the subscription period. Currently it covers I-5 from Vancouver, WA down to Duck Country in Eugene. Over the coming year(s) it will be expanded according to the needs of the surveyors demands and eventually will provide complete statewide coverage. It is the first and only GPS/GLONASS RTN dedicated to Oregon.

If it's anything like VRS now in Illinois, no thanks. $3k a year is too much. For that, setup your own base.

I'm basically retired now so I won't be using anybody's network but from what I understand, it won't be long until the ODOT network also carries GLONASS.
